All my furniture was ruined from mold. Moisture got into the unit from leaks in the roof. They took no responsibility even tho this is apparently a known problem. Should have done my homework before renting. Their response was “You should have got our insurance.”

They suck their service is crap they had someone get killed there and they have mold in their units and they want to take the bad reviews done because they dont want people to know anything bad about them

I’m a college student whom looked to Salisbury Storage & was never disappointed. I came in with questions as high as the ceiling but left out with not a single question unanswered. The Staff are friendly, insightful, genuine & all around well-rounded. I am without a doubt booking once more in the near future.
My wife and I needed to store a 4 bedroom house worth of stuff on extremely short notice. Salisbury Storage not only accommodated us, but Ashley King and her supervisor James made sure that our already stressful situation became an extremely smooth transition. I have lived here on the shore for almost 40 years, and never encountered such professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thanks for everything Salisbury Storage!! 5 star service all the way!
