RecommendedDr Hayes is the best! I’ve been to several Optometrists and Ophthalmologists over the years and Dr Hayes is the best-hands down! I’ve moved away from Saline and still drive over an hour to see Dr Hayes. I’m in the medical profession and I know a good exam when I see/have one. I value his services and staff greatly!

They wrongly submitted my eyeglasses Perscription under medical instead of vision which put me out of network ( of course) ended up costing me almost $400.00, and would not resubmitted the claim. Saying it would only get me back $20.00 when I asked to resubmit they finally said they would, I haven’t received anything and that was 3 months ago 9 months total since I first went to Saline Optometry. Everyone is very professional but still treats you almost like a friend or family. It really seems like a small town business just having all you need from a big city place! Omg that sounds like an ad. Seriously, I’ve been going there for about 40 years now & I’m not kidding about what I said.

Saline Optometry is excellent. Dr. Brian Hayes is extremely knowledgeable, competent and personable. The customer service is first class. Whether you need new contacts and glasses or have more serious eye injuries or problems, you are going to be in good hands with Saline Optometry.
Very personable, professional and caring practice. They greeted me kindly and treated me with respect and concern. The Doctor was skilled and fun. He made a mundane exam quick, easy and fun. I highly recommend this practice, and this doctor.
