5 stars! Super polite and genuine guy. He was very flexible on when I could come in and made the whole experience quick and easy. He was very hospitable and reasonable. If there was something we did not like and he agreed, we reached an agreement. I’ll be looking to come back next time I need another car!

I bought my 2000 Dakota I from Salina used cars. The shop was supposed to replace the bank 1 upstream O2 sensor they did however they strip the clip and used a bad sensor. they were also exposed to fix the 4 wheel drive they had to do it twice. I'm finding myself with a lot of small overlooked problems that are causing in big issues. I have probably another $2,000 in parts of not more in this vehicle that I have had to do myself. Overall I am very unimpressed with Salina used cars.
Just purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Salina Used Cars. Absolutely stress free experience! Marshall worked with us, was not overly pushy, and got us the vehicle we wanted. I will definitely be going back. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
We just purchased a car through Tim Tribble and he was phenomenal! We walked onto the lot Saturday afternoon and he answered all of our questions and let us check out the exact vehicle we wanted to look at without being pushy. We told him we would get back to him Monday afternoon and he communicated with us over the weekend, gave us all of the numbers we needed to take to our banker, and was genuinely a help to us in our purchase. Overall, I had a great experience! Tim worked hard to keep us in budget, fixed any issues we found with the car, and answered every dumb question I had. Great salesman and a great place! I would recommend salinausedcars and Tim!
Worst car buying and customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I sent a message to see what they might be able to do for me with my financial situation I currently have. They said it was dependant on the money I put down. I said I really didn't have money to put down so that probably wouldn't work and I got an okay, sorry from them and that was it. I have seen and heard people say how they work hard to get you in a vehicle even with bad credit. I guess that might be true if you have money to put down but the minute I said I didn't have money to put down feel like I just got the blow off... read more
