My review is going to be completely different from the ones that I’ve read because I found the office comfortable, the receptionist friendly, my doctor very friendly and helpful and I left the office feeling very good about my appointment. A few days after my appointment, I called the office because I had a question. The receptionist connected me to my doctor who took the time to answer my question. Can't even get them on phone during lunch and closed Fri and weekend, find someone else
This facility is not customer service driven. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for shoes recommended by physician it’s been about 4-5 months and every time I have an appointment the total keeps increasing. The original quote was $198 and after a few months to $678. The office assistants are extremely rude, speaking over the customer, not listening to our concerns and keep pushing the request to charge the Health Insurance, it’s no wonder most insurances don’t want to pay for this service ... read more
