I’m 45 and pregnant. Was referred to this office. My first visit was with Dr Burnet. I had to wait, but once I saw him he was with the wait. Today I was supposed to see him again but he was with a patient delivering so they asked if I would be ok sing another Dr. I didn’t mind. I saw Dr Clark. So surprised how fast it was to get in to urgent care on a Sunday. I don’t think most people know they’re open. Everyone was very nice and we were in and out quick. It was for me, but Dr Cervantes was so sweet with my three year old son! Easiest urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
Worst doctors office. Much rather go all the way to Monterey for better customer service and accessible appointments
Appointment with PA - Jude. She was extremely knowledgeable, excellent listener, and professional. My son had some concerns, and she examined him, explained everything clearly, and truly put him at ease. We’re very grateful for the reassurance and excellent care.
