I had a surgical procedure done today by Dr. Romans. He and the staff helping him were wonderful. The procedure went very quickly and smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Romans and his office over any other plastic surgeons in Monterey county. He was gentle and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Romans office.
Awesome experience with not only the front staff but everyone else involved in my care. Dr. Silk is amazing, compassionate and explains everything throughly.
Not good .Dr was in a hurry. I felt insulted when I asked about a procedure and he answered its too expensive , then he directed me to his nurse. She started with we have 2 financial that give loans. Insulted again. When you go to a plastic surgeon its because you have the money to do the procedure. Very disappointed....Will look for a different surgeon that's not worried about my finances.
From the beginning to every touch up and follow up appointment, Dr Silk and his team have been par nun the BEST experience! Walking into this space is vulnerable and sometimes uncomfortable with complex emotions. Dr Silk is honest, supportive and accommodating. His staff are professional, courteous and helpful.
