Salinas Valley Memorial's billing department is a nightmare. They double charged me last month, i called and got one reimbursed. Then they triple charged me yesterday. I called and was told they're refunding the over charges. A mere 24 hours later, I get charged 4 times over the weekend! How the hell am i supposed to get gas and food when your billing keeps milking my account!?! This needs to stop and no one's helping me because your billing is closed on weekends!! Im never going back to this hospital.

Had to take my mom (87 years old) to the ER yesterday, right in the midst of Corona virus. I was so impressed with the professionalism I found in the ER. These people are on the front line, fighting for life. They took such great care of my mom. Once they met me at the car, the demeanor of each professional gave us a great sense of peace. THANK YOU so much...all of you. You are ROCK STARS in our book.
I had a family member take to this hospital because she had completely collapsed. Her legs were numb and her back was in great pain. It was hours before a doctor saw her. They did nothing for her but give her pain medication. No tests of any kind to see if they could find what the problem was. And while she was there she had to urinate and they would not put in a catheter. They put a pad under her and she had to urinate on herself. Which they left her laying in. SVMH provides best health care service in Monterey county. I was there with my granny, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Call lights were answered almost right away. Thank you so much, you all are appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
