I am here at the infusion center and the air conditioning is so cold that I have on a sweatshirt and three blankets - The staff says they have no control of the system -They are all wearing jackets and are miserable- No one is taking responsibility- Everyone is just waiting for their shift to end so they can go home - This is not at all good patient care
I Love the nurses and front staff but have had very bad experiences with Medication I have waited for 2 hours to get them to me I get very anxious and upset I think is ridicules who wants to be here we're here because we have to I can understand if their 1/2 hour behind but 2 hours come on and stop ts not the first time eather
Professional, Kind, Caring, I'm blessed to have done my chom there
They are caring and gentle and most of all professional
Friendly staff, brand new building, nice and clean.
