I am extremely disappointed in the “care” I received from PA, Ellen Shimizu. Her bedside manner needs alot of work. She basically rushed me through the visit, didn’t really pay attention to what my visit was about, brushed off the pain I feel and all in all saw me for about 5-7 minutes tops. Her solution to my torn ligament was an MRI that I have to wait another week for and Aleve. Aleve.
