Asked for a call back in person regarding an issue for my wife’s baby bonding, said they’d call back , that was the 25th so it’s been a week Marianne or Miriam or whatever answered the phone, said she would relay the message and call us back, had a rude tone of voice, asked for more details and her tone got worse, it’s been a week so we just wanted to make sure someone was working on it, not really a resolution. (edit Nov 2025) It's been a while but back then Healthcare for women I was seen in my two pregnancies by Drs. Honegger & Marquez. Chan & Jones delivered my babies both pregnancies were fine and the appointments were on time I felt listened to. it's more of the office administration with the paperwork for pregnancy leave, the person in charge was just dry and rude. in setting up appointments for the first time you have to advocate for yourself, be consistent and straightforward. I honestly don’t understand how this office is still in business. The front desk staff is completely incompetent, and the doctors have zero bedside manner or concern for their patients. Test results are overlooked, important information is missed, and there’s no real communication between providers, despite telling patients to see multiple doctors “because you don’t know who will deliver.” It’s a revolving door.
