They give you the run around All though we had agreed upon deal and thinking about it for a an hour or so they said they could no longer honor it. A word is a word. Terrible management.
This was THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Avoid this location. I ordered some crossbars to be installed on my car. Apparently, Ford sent them the wrong part (ok not their fault). But I live 45 minutes away, so you would think they would have checked the part before telling me to come for my appointment. So the first trip is wasted.
