This dental office has been the biggest disappointment! It seems their primary concern is displaying a banner claiming they provide 5-star service, but they don't actually deliver it. My daughter went in for a routine filling, and six months later, she needed a root canal because of their so-called "5 Star" care. We understand that sometimes cavities are too deep or very close to the root, but repeatedly telling her that her pain was just due to a high bite or bruising is laughable. I was perfectly fine my whole life but then I decided to do a check up with the “professionals”… they changed my silver fillings for white and they messed me up permanently, they cracked my molars (yes multiple) tried to fix them but never succeed after 4-5 following appts they referred me to a specialist. But I did not do a root canal because they’re NOT good for you, I did my research.
