Maurine was very professional.
I was scheduled for an MRI appointment and the person on the phone who scheduled my appointment told me to bring in my dr order to the appointment (after I asked to fax it over). I drove close to 2 hours in rush hour traffic to get here and find out that they needed my order prior and there was no doctor there to perform my MRI. They said they left at 12:30 (my appointment at 5pm) and no one called me. So I had to drive 3 hours round trip just to reschedule my appointment. Terrible experience.
