I arrived at 11am, exactly on time. It took 15 minutes for a service representative to greet me for check-in. I advised him that I would be waiting on site. 2 hours later the service is done. Really? Two hours to change oil and rotate tires? This is a 45 minute job, if that. It seems the scheduling is first come first serve despite the so-called appointment. Staff was pleasant, but the wait time was nowhere near reasonable.
Always friendly Willing to go the extra mile service complete managed to humanely get the possum out of my engine that I didn’t know was there
I recently brought my vehicle in for service .Before I came to the appointment.I was quoted a price of $100. However, when arrived at dealer , total came to $140 which is higher than the amount originally discussed.
The parts advisor was so rude.
