I worked with Chad Toy in the parts department to purchase two exhaust manifold studs for my vehicle. I was quoted 18.29 a piece for them which sounded high. I asked him if that was MSRP or matrix pricing, to which he replied that it's the "list" price. So, he didn't answer the question using the terminology I used but I thought it was okay since list price is the industry term for MSRP. I went in for an oil change with my Lexus and had it done same day. Great service experience with Pablo. Found a vacuum hose that was not connected and glove box cabin door not latching on anymore after the service. Mike and Justin got me back the same day I called about the concern and fixed it right away.
