Good morning! I would like to make a complain on Ramon Sandoval. My dad recently got his drivers license and was exited to get insured, he went in with my mom in hopes to get some help. Ramon was extremely rude! The insurance was for my DAD, my mom was asked for her license as well(she didn’t want to get insurance) when she showed him her ID he demanded to get her passport. Very rude, insinuated my moms id was fake & asked to see a passport can’t help to think it’s because she was an older Hispanic lady who can’t speak english
