The BBQ was ok but not great ...sides were even worse !! Service was ok but they were out of over half there beer list.let's jus say famous Dave's is wayy better and a lot less expensive.
THE MEAT WAS GOOD THERE SIDES FOR THE MEALS THEY REALLY NEED MY BLACK GRANDMA TO TEACH THEM HOW TO MAKE SOME BAKE BEANS AND SOME HOMEMADE POTATO SALAD BUT ON THE REAL THERE "PRICES" ARE WAYYY TO HIGH AND THEY REALLY NEED TO SHOOT THERE DECORATOR BIG TIME!!!,YOU NEED TO MAKE THAT CALL TO RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE!!!
This place was AWESOME!!! I went there the first time to dine in and the food was hot, fresh and, delicious!! I got food to go today and it was equally as good. I had the order of 6 ribs and 2 sides, beans and potato salad. Every part of my meal was FRESH, hot where it should be and cold where it should be. I commend this place for not having old food being reheated for days on end,most BBQ places do and that's fine if you are'nt charging top dollar for your food and Salinas City is and it's totally worth it!!! Food is good half the time the menu of four items two are sold out This has happened three out of four visits. This is the place for you if you want leftovers
