Salesforce**** is one of scam company. They auto renew annual contract but they do not inform earlier. If you complain of it, they say "cancel next year" but it happens again next year.
Awful customer service. Not only are the rude, they're completely ignorant of their product. I had a simple question that the technical person couldn't answer and was unwilling to ask the person working in the same office as him if they could answer. And they're treating me second class because I just started a trial today. Why the heck would I ever purchase if your service already sucks? Horribly disappointed.
Place is scam. Zero customer service. My account manager was fired and now my whole billing is in limbo. My lawyer will be dealing with legal size of the story. I would recommend everyone simply run from them.
