I did not have a good experience here but I think that’s Indy Pride’s issue not Salesforce’s. 4 stars because parking garages make me nervous.
Very expensive. It's all digital, you have to call a number, get text, give up personal info, and even then it's difficult to pay. They want you to create accounts and stuff. Just let me swipe my card! I had to call "tech" support via video who then had me call another number until I could finally leave.
While I liked the cell phone method of entry and exit, it cost me $25 for an hour and a half. In Indianapolis. On a Monday morning. 25 bucks. So just wanted to make everyone aware of what you’re getting into financially here.
It was a parking garage, I parked. 10/10 would park
