If you have someone like Michael Riccio representing your company then I know for sure you are heartless. You do not represent the best interest of the people you work for which are your customers. You would burn a customer's dollar if it meant making two. People's lives, people's families, they all take a backseat. Your wholesome portrayal is as empty and phony as the words and character of this poor excuse of an agent. YOU are at the core of everyone's fear when it comes to buying a home!

This is the story from my family who worked with your representative from Merrick, Long Island. This is unacceptable! "This is the story of Michael Riccio. If you are interested in buying a home, before you check the home's vitals, please check the seller's agent. I spent $400 to get a home inspection and told Michael I would be moving forward with the purchase of the house. I shook this man's (or lack of a man's) hand.
