Very experienced
This place is a rip off, I took my sprinter in for service and they told me they had to do a full check before servicing it. Well I was told that I needed front struts and tire rods about 1300. I said ok and had them do it. Days later my sprinter was making squeaky noises so I took it to a different place and they informed me who ever installed my struts didn't tighten them right which caused my tire rods to go out now.
