Great Customer service is under new management the other day I went by just to get information on the cost on renting a storage unit and the young lady that was there she was very helpful she was able to give me the information I needed I will definitely come back next month Great Customer service keep up that great work
Unimpressed. The hours said they were open until 6, even right on the door, but there was nobody anywhere to be found so we couldn't pick up our lock or anything... and the code we were given wasn't working either so we couldn't even get in to look at the unit we'd reserved. We called the number left on the door for people to call in case nobody was in the office and it went to voicemail.
