Unlike every other dealership I went to, where they followed me around, pressured me, and at one point even yelled at me for daring to ask for a night "to think about such a large purchase" it was such a pleasure to work with Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane Ford. He was super helpful, went over every option, and was the nicest car salesman I've ever met. We are planning on purchasing another new vehicle within the next year and we will definitely make Salerno Duane our first stop. And I absolutely LOVE my new Ford Focus.
