Seemed great at first staff seemed nice, but with all of the rats, water leaking everywhere randomly because the rats keep chewing through the irrigation system and sick people vomiting in the gutter and the bushes it smells horrendous half the time. Also, they regularly have to scoop the dead drowned rats out of the pool so I wouldn’t swim in that.. Police are called out regularly. RATS AND BLACK MOLD ALL OVER PROPERTY! Leasing management hates children and pets as well so avoid moving your family here at all costs. The leasing manager, Russell puts on a nice act at first, but has antagonized multiple tenants into attacking him. The police are called out to the property regularly, and have also been called out to pull the tenants off of the leasing manager. I've been living here for a while and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The management team is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the biggest perks is the location: it’s just minutes from the freeway, which makes commuting incredibly easy. You’re also close to shops, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences. That said, there is one major downside: There are no cameras in the parking lot or outside. Few guest parking and you can't park at the street.
