Customer service is BAD. No sales = you don't exists. Although I am only shopping around, the staff left bad impression for herself and for the shop. Leave the shop after trying few watches, I intentionally thank her TWICE, none of them is answered back and she had a rude attitude back. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
Just purchased 3 Tissot watches today. After going firstly to David Jones and Myer(No Service in either), We went to Saleras where we got attentive staff and excellent service. We cannot recommend this store highly enough. Thanks to Sophie and Patricia. David and Gary.
No professioanl jobs done for the Jewellery repairing, took 7 weeks to joint a piece and present different color, Very Poor customer service, no emails no calls for updates, (the Manager insturcted the staff how to say things to the customers, double handling, waste of time) Poor management style.attitude is arrogant. unfair Charging for repairing.suprised still exist.
