Staff told me they charge you $500 if you miss an appointment, yet they fail to return phone calls. So, if my elderly mother wakes up with gout or diarrhea and can't make an appointment that day, they will charge my elderly Medicaid mother $500?! This is immoral, illegal, and unethical. Did not feel comfortable here. Spent five minutes with the doctor. He seems ignorant of patients with issues concerning Alzheimer's dementa. Very disappointed!

Dr. Salame and his staff are very caring and experienced . I had the pleasure of being seen by the Nurse Practitioner yesterday. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She is a wonderful addition to Dr. Salame's practice.
