Bev Wright Even though my insurance fought against my health needs. The Salem Women's Clinic never stopped working with me. They made certain everything they could do, they did do. They were never bothered by needed office calls. They were always supportive and on top of every need which had to be addressed. They have an amazing office. It's so clean and lovely. So disappointed Simply said, I am seriously disappointed in this clinic. I will not go there again. I have been going there for a year now, and although I had a few disappointments, one in which I left in tears in, I let them slide. The reason I will never go back is because I had lab work done and they ordered the wrong test and refused to correct their mistake. I went in for a ths test for my continued thyroid medication and I later found out they administered a glucose test instead when I called to refill my prescription.... read more
patient I have been a patient at Salem Women's Clinic since 1993. During that time I have had two babies and countless other exams. The providers and docs have always listened to me and they made me feel special at every visit. I have followed them to their various locations and the newest location is by far the very best. Parking is so easy, no parking Nazis any more, I can park on site and walk right in for my appointment without dealing with the conjestion at the hospital. Much better than a I have always had positive experiences at Salem Women's Clinic.The practitioners and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Phone calls are returned promptly, staff is very personable, building is immaculate, accounting has treated me with the utmost respect and has worked with me on making payments when needed . not impressed I have been going to Salem womens clinic for 4 years now. I have seen most of the ladys working there. I feel the customer service is getting worse, and the manner in which they take your information is rude.I also had some lab work done and had to walk out of the bathroon holding a cup of urine so everyone in the waiting room could see. Laser Treatments I had the anti-aging laser treatment done at the clinic. After paying $1500.00, no one, including myself can see any difference. Very disappointing.
Excellent Care I have had excellent care at Salem Women's Clinic. I have had regular paps and several coposcophies, due to displasia. My doctor always takes the time to; make sure I am comfortable, listen to me, and make sure I understand my medical situation. She one of a few licensed in the state to read the slides from the tests I needed. On rare occasions she has been behind schedule, but I figure she is giving someone else the time needed for high quality care and attention to their medical needs.
Best Care Ever Salem Women's Clinic is the best experience I have ever had visiting an ob/gyn medical center. Dr. Elizebeth Harmon is competent and caring. She is a professional who listens and respects her patient. The staff is equally professional, friendly, and caring. If possible I would rate it ten stars.
fantastic Salem Womens Clinic provides the type of service you expect for a celebrity. The lobby is well decorated and provides a calming sense as you wait for your appointment. Wait times are usually no longer then 5 minutes. The staff makes you feel at ease. There is calm music that plays in the background. Prices are average but the service is great.
