I was a resident at 3440 Salem Walk for over 6 years. I moved out of this unit in September 2024. The condition of the building and dealing with the property manager/landlord was a horrific experience. The first few years of my tenancy was a great experience. The building was clean, and issues in my unit were addressed in a timely manner. Over the last year of my tenancy, the building manager began ignoring all issues in my unit and the building. Hi, I'm a healthcare professional who planned to only live at Salem Walk 1 year but still here. Fairly quiet, lots of families/kids. The apts. have generous space for the price. Service: You get what you pay for right? If you want 5-Star service you'll pay high rent elsewhere. They offer assigned parking spots here at no extra charge.
