I was a resident at 3440 Salem Walk for over 6 years. I moved out of this unit in September 2024. The condition of the building and dealing with the property manager/landlord was a horrific experience. The first few years of my tenancy was a great experience. The building was clean, and issues in my unit were addressed in a timely manner. Over the last year of my tenancy, the building manager began ignoring all issues in my unit and the building.
