As soon as Signature was approved by insurance, we had intake on Saturday, "tuck- in" on Sunday, and, due to diagnosis and need, we had a nurse almost everyday till the end. I was able to contact and get info and supplies delivered whenever needed. Every nurse, bath aid, massage therapist, and social worker was kind, carrying and respectful.
Very impressed with the care I recieved. Very professional. I really did well with the program set for me . Highly recommend .
Because I was sick, I actually canceled PT twice but since then I’ve heard from one gentleman who asked me to call him back to schedule an appointment I did but his mailbox was completely full and he said to call Signuture Health I did and it went straight to voicemail on that one too, so I have not been able to get as much PT as I would like and part of it again was my fault cause I did call in sick a couple times but other than that you guys have been wonderful thank you so much
Couldn't walk before they came. Tristan came to my home every week. Very gentle at first, as I got less painful and stronger he made me wor a little harder. Pretty soon I could walk again even drive my car!
