The medical assistant Q is wildly inappropriate, unprofessional and openly racist. She thought it would be okay to make the comment “and that’s why I don’t date black guys that were raised by white women” in regard to my fiancé (a black man who had a white mother.) He took our sick baby in for a same day appointment, and that’s the comment she makes? It’s disgusting. I hope they fire her because I definitely do not want her near my family and definitely don’t want her around my baby. The other staff I’ve dealt with are WONDE... read more
SHADY BILLING PRACTICES. I cannot tell you how many times in the last 6 years we’ve paid our copay at time of service only to be billed for that copay again. Every. Single. Visit. Save your receipts because the staff in the office will also argue with you and all but call you a liar to your face until you prove otherwise. I’ve had other friends have the exact same experience at this clinic and I’d love to know how many others have double paid their copays without realizing it.
