My children have received wonderful care from Dr. Koeltar and Dr. Heibert. They take the time to listen to your concerns. They are knowledgeable professional, and compassionate. I would highly recommend these pediatricians.
This has to be the WORST pediatric office in Salem! I'm a grandma and have needed to help out my child by taking grandchildren to appointments. This place from the moment you walk in the office are RUDE. Today's visit includes a blood draw. We waited 30 minutes then were told itvwould be another 15 because they were out to lunch. We have gone to Salem Peds for almost 10 years, we love our PCP Dr. Vu, she is wonderful with our son. This evening we had an urgent treatment need, injury related, and WOW they were so fast to answer the phone and get us in to see Dr. Bailey. In the past we kind of expected long wait times on the phone but this evening on a Friday night- we called at 5:45pm and were seen and triaged and out the door by 6:30pm. They saved us a very expensive trip to the ER. Thank you Dr. Bailey and Salem Peds!
We love Salem Pediatric Clinic. We see Dr Koletar and appreciate his swift, reassuring, and knowledgeable care. The admin staff is fantastic and quickly responds to phone calls. The clinic’s lab is perfectly tailored to children and the phlebotomist who did our baby’s blood draw truly enjoyed her work and made an uncomfortable situation soothing for our baby. So grateful for their service!
