I used Salem Physicians Network as my primary care for years and they were great, however I moved out of town and therefore had to switch to a new doctor. The new office sent me a letter stating that they tried to get in touch with SPN three times without success to obtain my medical records after I authorized the transfer, and only after I received this letter did I get a call from SPN stating that it would be a $25 fee to transfer the records, which is not something I’ve had to deal with before. Dr Kirk is a physician who takes the time to listen to his patients and is thorough
I’ve been a patient for almost 30 years. I’ve always found them very knowledgeable. Dr Kirk has always been spot on with any issues I might have. Staff is excellent and professional. I think they’re great
Dottie is an amazing nurse practitioner/primary care doctor. I went in with my daughter who had an appointment already scheduled and just so happened. I had severe pain in my knee from an incident the night before. Dottie was able to fit me in and gave me a referral to a highly recommended orthopedic specialist. The nurses as well as the front staff/patient service representatives are top-notch as well. Dr Y and his staff are awesome! Always willing to listen, referrals to the best specialists and always follows up timely. I had to switch primary care doctors after20 odd years ,mine retired from practice, I could not have asked for a better practice to take her place❤af
