Watch when you move out they'll cheat you out of your security deposit and lie about other things that are wrong to.steal more money from you. TERRIBLE job with any snow or ice removal
The maintenance and up keep is atrocious, the superintendent ( Damian) is a slum and lies constantly. I don't even bother to call Salem management anymore because nothing gets done.
