Very poor experience. HVAC was dripping through ceiling (drain line not working) so Salem Heating was asked to fix the problem. Two technicians arrived, one went into attic and one stayed down. I cannot recommend Salem Heating & Sheetmetal enough. From start to finish they have been outstanding. Scott did a great job in assessing our system needs and putting together a very competitive estimate, and Mike, Jeff, and Luis were fabulous to work with through the install process. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.
Salem Heating & Sheet Metal replaced our aging furnace and heat pump. From sales to installation, they've been exemplary. SCOTT was the Sales Rep. He clearly explained options and didn't oversell. ED handled on-site measure up, identified potential issues, and scheduled the installation - including making last minute changes to keep the install on track. The installation was done by MIKE, MITCHELL, JEFF & LUIS. They arrived at the scheduled time, worked hard and continuously for 2 1/2 days, paid attention to details, and lef... read more

The installation took about two days and went smoothly. After the installation, we wanted to make a couple of adjustments, and their technicians came out promptly to help. Anytime I’ve called the office, everyone has been fr... read more
