I must have called about three other competitors in the early morning asking for a simple capacitor to replace mine that failed the night before, they all took my name and number and said they'd get back to me as the day went on and the temperature reached into the 90s I called Salem heating finally and without hesitation they found the part I needed and got it for me in minutes solving my problem. From start to finish, our experience with Salem Heating was absolutely fantastic. Scott, the estimator, was extremely helpful as we were choosing the equipment. We really appreciated his low key approach. He really heard us, rather than trying to sell us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Next came Ed, who prepared all of the calculations, list of supplies, etc. that would be needed by the installers to efficiently do their work with no snafus or need to leave for supplies.
