Mike, Sterling, Randy and Jeff from Salem Heating & Sheet Metal installed a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner, and Bradford White hot water heater in our home and did a great job. They were clean and efficient and sealed all gaps and were nice to have around. Thanks very much to that crew and to Salem Heating & Sheet Metal.

So I was there buying some part and the two gentleman that help me , super quick and so helpful, the front desk lady super sweet nice lady , you can tell she is still learning and was doing her best, one of the gentlemen asked this other lady to help and she was a bit unpleasant to the front desk lady and also, they were discussing pricing to which the lady that came to help said you can charge her whatever you want with a tone , looks at me and gives me a thumbs up?? I would like to commend Salem Heating and Sheet Metal for the excellent job they did in replacing our 25-year-old HVAC system, which was a complex and challenging system. I quoted three well-known HVAC companies that serve Salem, and ultimately worked closely with Salem Heating and Sheet Metal, as well as another company, to finalize the details for a comprehensive system quote. Martin was incredible. Knowing he couldn't get out for a week to fix my AC unit, he listened to the issue, guided me to check a few things, said "it's probably the capacitor. Here's how to change it. Let me know if you need help or want me to come out." The guy literally saved me a service visit cost and guided me to fix the thing for a $20 part and a half hour of labor by myself. That's how you get customers - exceptional service and great communication.

Salem Heating & Sheet Metal from start to finish provided EXCELLENT customer service and satisfaction. From Scott who came out to do the estimate and appraisal, to Louis who has helped us in the past with repairs and who advised and educated us on what was going on and what was needed, to Ed who came out on his own when his crew had called in sick, to Andrew and Juan who came as fill-ins and did an excellent job.
