Salem Heating had installed furnace when the house was originally built and in 2009 added heat pump. Had them come for checkups. But we knew system was getting old. We decided to consider replacing heat pump. Got a few estimates. Scott was the best in CLEARLY showing us why we would need to replace both furnace and heat pump and not try to jenga something together. Cost was competitive. They fit our schedule for the install.
