Salem Heating came out several times a year, never fixed the problem. Was charged multiple times. My fault, should have looked elsewhere sooner. AC never functioned properly. I called a local service from Dallas , Oregon. They fixed it in 10 minutes, a problem I've had several years, and salem Heating could never figure out.
A new furnace and control panel was installed. Excellent service from first encounter to final installation.
I had my heater serviced today because I wasn't getting any heat. They sent their technician out named Luis who was the nicest friendlyest guy you'd ever want to meet. I was on my roof cleaning my gutters when he arrived so I told him the front door is open and explained what my problem was and where the heater was at and Luis went to work. He noticed me cleaning the gutters out by hand and said hey I got something that might make that job a lot easier and handed me a hand held small blower that he used to blow out the dust ... read more
Had Mike, Andrew, and Trenton out to install a new AC system recently. This was replacing the original unit that was 34 years old. The crew was diligent in getting the job done and they were well prepared to complete it that day.
