ED handled on-site measure up, identified potential issues, and scheduled the installation - including making last minute changes to keep the install on track. Salem Heating was great to work with on our new heat pump installation. We received several bids, and Salem Heating was among the more affordable options. We ultimately chose them because of the thoroughness of Scott’s initial evaluation and proposal. He was very responsive throughout the entire process. I must have called about three other competitors in the early morning asking for a simple capacitor to replace mine that failed the night before, they all took my name and number and said they'd get back to me as the day went on and the temperature reached into the 90s I called Salem heating finally and without hesitation they found the part I needed and got it for me in minutes solving my problem. From start to finish, our experience with Salem Heating was absolutely fantastic. Scott, the estimator, was extremely helpful as we were choosing the equipment. We really appreciated his low key approach. He really heard us, rather than trying to sell us, and patiently answered all of our questions.
