Salem's urology system is broken. It is impossible to get a real person on line. If you leave a message it can take half a day to get an answer. They want me to tell them if my problem is urgent. Isn't that what they are suppose to determine. Then the message says it can take up to 3 business days to get an answer. Also, getting an appointment with them is impossible. I just moved to salem 6 months ago and the health care in Salem is the worse I have had im my life. I would give them a negative review if possible.
Originally they were great- however- I have since been rescheduled twice days away from my appointments - the new appointment is over a month later.
My husband is a patient at this clinic. His routine appointment for his Prostate Cancer has been rescheduled 3 times. The reception staff has no empathy and you either take their next appointment or leave. Our first experience there was over 10 years ago with Dr Elkins and none of this happened then. He retired from the practice and my husband has been seeing Dr Warner. Salem Health may be the problem
