I have had my frustrations and challenges with this office. They seem to have far more demand than can be met by a single office of this specialty (only urologists in town). That said, I have found very dedicated people working beyond reasonable expectations to meet the need. I hope for the communities sake and the employees, that things can start to go more smoothly. I am very thankful for the people here that went above and beyond to help with my challenges.
I am not a fan. The physicians I've seen are fine, but scheduling is a nightmare. Calling is at least a 15 to 20 minute wait after listening to 3 or 4 menu lists. Call backs, texts, email, or my chart notifications take forever or are never made.
Referred by PCP to here for a kidney stone blockage . Doctor was running 3 hours late. Dr Mahoon was dismissive rude fast. Left with no help no care nothing really. Me and my 1mm kidney stone won’t ever go back there again he was awful like really really bad
I spent 50 minutes on hold to make a follow-up visit for my recent surgery. There is absolutely no reason for this long of a wait. If they cannot answer the phone within 10 minutes it appears they need to hire more phone help. As for my surgeon, Dr Fram, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my surgery. That’s is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of one.
They do the job and supper nice and professional even working with the no no areas.
