I was hurt at work and was sent here because it is a part of the workmans comp providers. On their intake form, which you have to fill out before you can get an appointment, they ask what do you want to get out of your Urgent Care visit. If you are in pain after an injury, DO NOT put down pain management as a goal. When I arrived I was told that they were refusing to treat me for my symptoms. When I asked why they weren't going to see me, they said because I listed pain management and they don't give pain medication. I advis... read more
I appreciate how quickly they got me in when I called about availability. Once I arrived, I was in and out!
Made a same day appointment. Note I did try to go online the evening before and make am appointment for the next day, but their system isn't setup for that. It's same day appointment only, so just get up in the morning and all the appointments will show up for that day. I tied my appointment to my MyChart, so I was able to fill out all the paperwork ahead of time. My one minor issue is that you have to pay for parking. The ease of making an appt online was a breeze. I got in and got out of my appt quickly. My problem was... The PA who I saw. I went in for cold symptoms, so I could see a Dr the next day. MA proceeded to swab and then doctor came in afterwards. With telling her my symptoms and then I mentioned "a few eyelashes on the side this morning were crusty". She went to say that on top of my symptoms (cold), she was going to treat me for pink eye. What!? I said hows that. She said, "well you did say your eyes were closed when you woke... read more
My experience has always been good. Decently quick, and easy check in online. Staff is nice and caring. Also glad there is security
