Im honestly very frustrated and and confused with this office. They give you a number card that they are supposed to call out instead of your name for patient confidentiality reasons. But every SINGLE time I come here, they call every single other patient by their number and me by my name. I dont understand why I dont get the same respects of confidentiality as everyone else.
They took care of me as soon as I walked in. They were booked with apointments yet they were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. Such kind human beings from the moment I walked in they were kind and professional .
Shoutout to the amazing doctors who actually went to school for their job. But if you’re a receptionist or medical assistant trying to play doctor — that’s a hard no. Know your role. Clinic administrators, keep your staff in check before someone gets hurt. Tried to get in and a MEDICAL ASSISTANT called me for more than just a triage call. Girl you’re not the doctor. Well called this place Saturday morning was going to try to make an appointment for Tuesday they told me they don't schedule appointments for that far out told them why I. Needed to get X-rays done for my 827 form. I called Tuesday morning and was informed they don't do that they mis informed me and I have to find somewhere else. Apparently they just can't be honest and tell people the truth.
