Referred by PCP for severe pain from prior rotator cuff injury. My care giver has tried to call for appt two times today holding for almost 40 minutes. I have tried twice after care giver left. When I say pain I’m at a 9. I held both times for about 30 minutes. Tried to leave a message by pressing 1 and was cut off. Definitely as a retired healthcare professional, does not instill a positive vibe.
Dr. Brewley repaired my torn bicep tendon and did a great job. Virtually no pain starting the day after surgery, healing is ahead of schedule. Upbeat and friendly.
