We had our first born here. Amazing experience and services.
I delivered my first baby here on April 13th. I wish I remembered all the nurses that were in the room cheering me on and making the experience so much better. Brittney, Shelby, Lori, there was a few others I wish I didn’t have postpartum brain so I could remember. And of course my amazing OB Zoe Frank. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and even when I was struggling and felt like I couldn’t do it. Now im blessed with the most cutest baby boy ever 🩵 they took care of me and my son so well.
My experience was so uncomfortable and the reason why I do not trust delivering at this hospital. RN Vianney was the most insensitive, disrespectful nurse who clearly doesn’t care about her patients. She brushed my concerns and overall me off. She made me feel like everything I’m going through is in my head and that I was stupid and cut me off anytime I tried to express how I felt and than told me “ ok you can go to a new hospital” and left the room. My son was born a little early and they watched him and helped him grow strong. They put up with a parent who is confused and panicked and handled my outburst fairly and professionally. All I know if my son is getting attentive care. Wife is healing according to schedule so far after surgery. Alot of people in there taking care of of babies there and they seem to take it seriously.
