About Us We love technology! Salem Geeks was started by Jared Pierson in May of 2005 after recently selling his company "Geek Delivery" in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada. Jared moved to Salem to be closer to family and to enjoy the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The first Salem storefront opened January 2006. RecommendedSalem Geeks are the best. We have had several scary situations with our computer being infected. Eric is a phone call away and the guys get right at it helping you. The best.
New computer built and installed and second computer updated to the latest Windows today, all quickly and efficiently. These are my "go to" folks for our office system. They are honest in their pricing and recommendations and have never made me feel like an idiot for not being very tech savvy. Highly recommend them.
If you are a customer of theirs, they will suggest a simple fix on the phone for free. They are also conscious of ways to save you money on repairs and upgrades.Best of all, when they fix something, it's fixed without messing up a bunch of other stuff. (Which is why I won't let my brother touch my desktop.)
I've had service from these experts many times - in shop and at home. They know what they are doing and are friendly and approachable about it. Charges are more than fair; today Eric spent an hour on the phone using remote service retrieving data which initially looked totally deleted; it's back and Eric asked such a modest fee. Don't hesitate to use their services. dl
These guys are SO awesome! Darroll came to our office today, and cleaned and fixed the computer, and now it's running perfectly! He was efficient, explained very well what the problem was, and most of all, he was nice and friendly! I highly recommend Salem Geeks, as they have been doing our computer work for years with fantastic results!!

This is the second time I contacted Salem Geeks for help with my computer. Windows update 1803 caused problems with my Microsoft office XP 2002 excel program. Darrell came out and did a great work around. This Windows update is causing problems for a lot of people. Darrell also checked my computer for other problems, cleaned it up and got me up and running. Salem Geeks issue the best. Call them for your computer needs.
