i WENT TO SEE THE GASTRO DOCTOR 2 YEARS AGO AND WHEN IT WAS A URGENT MATTER TO SEE MY GASTRO DOCTOR. THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT NOTHING EXCEPT THERE MONEY THAT I OWE THEM, THAT I NEVER RECIEVE A BILL. I HAD TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE IT CAN BE SCHEDULED, THEY TOOK THERE SWEET TIME AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT IT WAS URGENT TO SEE MY GASTRO BECAUSE I CAN BARLY EVEN PUT FOOD DOWN. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE. SORRY TO SAY BUT IT WAS A WASTED TIME ON THE PHONE AND DAYS. i WAITED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY EVEN CALLED ME BACK.

If you need a colonoscopy, this is the place to go. Had my colonoscopy this morning,& Dr. Robert Ponec along with the RN’s, anesthetist, and CNA’s were very pleasant and professional. Excellent experience.
Horrible service. Claimed they told me that I needed to have my ride home wait in the lobby during the 2 hour procedure. Was NEVER told that. Only told to have my ride check in at counter to be released after. Appt was cancelled. Sent walking an hour home in the rain, hungry, dizzy from fasting and in recommended pajamas. Receptionist laughed when I was visibly upset. Disgusting people.
Had an esophageal dilation procedure here this morning. Great Doctors and staff, very professional and efficient process. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
If you need to have a colonoscopy or endoscopy, this is the place to go. Professional and caring staff made the experience easy and lessened my anxiety.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Hoda was very upbeat and that anesthesia works like a charm! Highly recommended for their services!
I was scheduled for my procedure. instructions were sent on how to prep and NOTHING was explained to me. went in, got checked in and told them that nothing has been explained to me. they said, awe sorry, and still didn't explain ANYTHING to me. I went through with the procedure but am sorry I did. what they found wasn't worth the mental anguish they caused me. I will NEVER go here again. I felt like I was a car going in for an oil change. I was just a number, not a person with real concerns.
They do not listen to their patients concerns or needs they’re too concerned about the use of cannabis instead of educating themselves in the matter! They treat patients like they are hypochondriacs!
