I've been a patient of Dr. Conrad's for 25 years. I was confedent that she would sell her practice only to someone just as compulsive and thorough as she was, and that's why I decided to stay with Dr. Maragliano. She was a great choice, and the staff is wonderful, as usual. The only difference I've noted is that there's a lot more "selling" of additional dental care services not covered by insurance. After being a patient for 20 years, I left the practice after Dr. Conrad retired to find a dentist closer to home. Needed work on my implant, and knew just who to call -- and very glad I did! ;o)
Dr Conrad took great care of my teeth for 28 years and now Dr Maragliano is doing the same. The staff is the best and works well together. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants the absolute best in dental care.
I just had my teeth cleaned this afternoon. Great job by Diane. That girl with the white hair is good too, but she only does the lower anteriors while she is watching tv. Diane is much more thorough. Looking forward to many more enjoyable appointments.
From the moment I called to make my appointment until I left the office yesterday I was treated as if I were the only person they had to work with that day. Everyone was so nice, helpful, things were all explained to me and I was never wondering what was happening or going to happen. Wonderful Dentist, wonderful assistant, and wonderful office manager. Everyone in this office is thorough, professional and friendly. What a wonderful group of people. Dr.Pam and her team are the best. We are so fortunate to get this skill level in our dental care right here on the North Shore.
