I love these apartments it's sooooo beautiful I feel like I live in a palace because it has a fireplace, a cathedral ceiling with gorgeous lighting the list goes on. I never want to leave everyone is so sweet and the apartments are close to my work and college.
I’ve had nothing but a great experience since day one I really appreciate that staff never makes us wait, if there is a problem it gets taken care of immediately, Pool is always ready and it’s down the street from everything very convenient location.
Location is convenient; near the 410 and easy to grab a bus to downtown. Rent for the size of apartment is good; lots of storage space. Office and maintenance staff are always a pleasure to work with. Grounds are well cared for. Downsides for me are; small kitchen, no ceiling fan in living room, carpet throughout (I'd prefer having hard surface floors), and the windows and patio door are not insulated so cold/heat pass right through and road noise is very apparent. I've been here two years and have really liked it. Any maintenance request are handled within a day or two, and the office crew is great! It's close to the mission trails which I love! I can take off on my bike from my apartment!
