Salem Clinic is the best! Always quick to get an appointment and they have the best service. The providers are all amazing!
Initially had a great experience with the provider I saw and she even helped me with anew diagnosis and getting on medication. However where they fell flat by promising me to send over lab orders to Salem health, due to my insurance no longer being accepted, and that didn’t happen so when I followed up about it I was told they refuse to do it because of that- which makes no sense you should be able to send a lab that was ordered to the place I’m covered at. My Dr. Bistola is wonderful , very personable and professional with great knowledge and experience, The last couple times that he asked for Blood Work , it’s been more than unacceptable , it’s gotten to ridiculous,, I waited for more than an hour at the beginning of May 2025, then on last Thursday I waited for almost an Hour and a half and there was still 4 or 5 people ahead of me… so I left …
Under staffed, long wait times, would not recommend going to this clinic.
