Absolutely ridiculous. Stopped talking my insurance with no notification to me. I called to ask about a referral or anything as to where to find a new doctor and was told nothing. Have to go back to my primary and go through whole referral process again. Man at call center was rude and not helpful. No matter which insurance you have I would avoid this money hungry business like the plague.
My primary physician and the staff at the Inland Shores Clinic extremely responsive and helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Highly recommended.
It's less than a mile from home, which is great. Everybody here is fantastic.
