After searching for days I found this clinic has an Open MRI machine! Being very claustrophobic I took a chance at making the appointment. The staff was amazing, helping with insurance, encouraging me things would go fine and the best of all the very open hamburger looking machine! I had no issues getting my lower back MRI completed only 36 hours after my initial phone call. Went in as a new patient to get a basic medication I have been taking for years but having recently moved here I needed a local doctor. Everything seemed to go pretty well initially. However my new insurance requires a prior authorization. They wanted to wait for my records from my previous clinic to come so it was going to take a couple of weeks, not a big deal.
