I was sent to Dr. John by a friend raving about his technique and quality of care. I was greeted with kindness and concern. X-rays were taken discovering arthritis in my neck. I have seen Dr. John 5 times now. The last visit he spent extra time working on my back, shoulders, and neck area. We are making progress to relieve stress and restoring the neck's proper position. One of my main concerns was hygiene: I did not observe treatment tables being cleaned or sanitized between patients, nor did I see disposable paper coverings being used.
