No hassle approach. Mike was down to earth and friendly. He offered advice on who to contact for an interior repair. My only negative feedback is that we were under the impression that the button for the drop top didn't work... when in fact there is a lever to pull. So it turned out in our favor that the system is working (after looking on youtube). Fair price and good experience overall.
They answered all my questions and were very helpful. This turned out not to be the hauler for me, but they were more than helpful.
