Salem Auto Nation was hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with in New Orleans. Moe took care of us from start to finish and even went above-and-beyond during our transaction. He was not pushy and let us take our time to view and test drive the car. He even helped us fix some problems with the backseat buckles that we found. Talked to a salesperson and told them I was on my way from Houma at 4:00 and they close at 6:00 he said he would pull the 2006 Cadillac out and be ready to show it. Made it at 6:00 and the car was sitting there on a flat tire the gates were locked and no one answered the phones!! Stay away!!

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with any dealership. The guys went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free. They were completely honest throughout the whole process and are dedicated to giving the best service possible. They didn’t try to up-sale me ONCE, which is what EVERY OTHER dealership tried with me, and they were patient with me while I waited for my insurance claim to come through.
