Now this is the way to do business... I picked up my car today from its little "bumper episode" and besides looking like a brand new car inside and out from the wash and polish which I had no idea they were going to do... This adorable .. Thank You ..box was sitting in the front passenger seat.. Filled with car and people goodies.. Really and Truly impressed and beyond satisfied with the bumper work...you would never know that the bumper was completely off two weeks ago.... and the "extra mile" in customer service... I would've given this 0 stars if I could. I cannot believe the employee abuse I witnessed while I was walking my children by this business on my way to Splaine Park this summer. One man, clearly of managerial status, said this to one of his employees while detailing a car.. "Any mother-f'in retard could do this! Figure it out." I only regret not stopping by and saying something at that moment. I was with kids and in shock. As a result, I will NEVER do business here!
