Quality work and good customer service.
I would strongly recommend and will be back in the future. They did a great job on repairing my door and bumper which was dented and rusted. My rims were very worn down and I was shocked at the shine they managed to restore in them. Their pricing in very good also, I had another auto body shop in the area quote me at double the price. They even saved me from buying all new rims because the were so confident in their ability to restore the rim. This is a honestly run family business. You can’t go wrong here!

Everyone at Salem Auto Body was helpful when I brought my car in after a hit and run accident. They worked with my insurance company to get the car all fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The car looks great. I would recommend Salem Auto Body for any body work. They even have rental cars available. Great service by all.
Wow! I am so happy with the work completed on my car. I was able to drop it off Tuesday morning and pick it up Thursday afternoon. Not only did they repair the dent - they detailed my car! I have been a customer of Scott's original place Lupo's Auto body in Peabody since the 80's. I followed him to the next place in Salem & now I have followed him again to his brothers place Salem Auto Body in Salem, MA. I need to share this because I am so proud to say...to be a customer after 32 years says ALOT of the reputation of a person.
