I had an accident ahead delay to reroute to Salem Audiology Clinic and worked great.
Really excellent service in every respect. Warm and sensitive staff at each level... from receptionists to support staff to the doctors of audiology. Knowledge and practice skills evident plus there is an effort and ability to communicate information and details in an understandable manner!! Oh my goodness, I am so happy I discovered this wonderful clinic. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Previously I had to go to Portland for servicing my cochlear implant. What a surprise to discover that I can do this right here in Salem at Salem Audiology Clinic with Kasey Brickey. Her services far exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy with my new cochlear implant processor and new hearing aid. If you need any help with your hearing needs, I highly recommend this clinic!
