The assistance and diligence by the staff and Mrs. Alexander, recognized and corrected an error from my financial institution which prevented me from paying an otherwise considerable income tax amount to both Federal and North Carolina. The intake process was completed, payment was collected, and all requested paperwork was submitted. Unfortunately, none of the work needed to catch up my taxes was completed. During our meeting, much of the discussion focused on unrelated topics rather than my tax matters. I was charged over $400 to file an extension, yet after four months of waiting, no progress was made on my taxes. Oh my gosh!!! This accounting firm is absolutely AMAZING!!! Mrs. Alexander helped with the entity change of my business (& all the headache paperworkthat comes with it) as well as my personal taxes. She's great at what she does & she educates you on your options to ensure you make an informed decision. I'm so glad I found her. Their services are highly effective and recommended.
